How Running Burns Belly Fat

So you made a New Year's Resolution to get fit or lose that belly fat before summer. And Lord knows you don't want to be seen in that Tankini but summer has finally arrived and that belly fat is still walking around with you.
 
If you want to reduce that belly fat all you need to is RUN! Running is the best tool to burn fat. When you burn off more calories than you are taking in, you contribute to FATLOSS!!

Running tones your stomach muscles making your abdominals stronger and more toned. So try running without stopping for 45 minutes. For newbies start off at 5 to 10 minutes and increase time when you feel comfortable. Don't forget to drink at least 2-3 Liters of water a day and carry a bottle with you when you run. When the body is not fully hydrated, it will burn fat much slower making the results take longer to show.
 
So put on some running shoes and melt that fat right off your body.
